Creating a Space
Create a Space — the professional counterpart to a Circle — for your brand, practice or business.
Last updated 19 October 2026
A Space is the professional counterpart to a Circle: a presence for a creator, brand, practice or business, with its own management and governance tools.
Circles or a Space?
Choose a Circle when the point is a community of members talking to each other. Choose a Space when the point is a professional identity — you publishing as the brand, with governance over who can act in the Space's name. See Understanding the difference between Spaces and Circles.
How to create a Space
- Sign in and open the Spaces section from the main navigation, or go to xacheus.com/spaces/create.
- Choose Create a Space.
- Enter the name, description and details the form asks for.
- Add a logo and cover image.
- Review the governance settings — who can manage and post in the Space's name.
- Submit and wait for the confirmation.
After you create it
- Invite your audience to follow the Space.
- Publish as the Space so posts carry the professional identity.
- Add managers carefully: governance settings decide who can act for the Space — see Managing administrators and moderators.
Common problems
The create button does nothing — make sure you are signed in and the form has no validation errors (required fields are marked). I wanted a member community instead — you can create a Circle too; the two are separate things and both can point at each other from their descriptions. Still stuck? Contact Xacheus Support.
