Clear rules for advertisers and for people who see sponsored content. Last updated 10 October 2026.
Xacheus Ads is an optional, staff-controlled feature. It is off until Xacheus enables it. A campaign is never promised delivery or results just because it is submitted or paid for.
An advertiser must have a Xacheus account with a recorded date of birth showing they are at least 18. Advertisements are never targeted to people under 18. Xacheus checks the audience on the server using account age and the choices available for the campaign.
You may promote a public post, a Page, an active service or product listing, a public Circle, a current opportunity, or a secure external website that you control or have permission to promote. Xacheus checks that you own or manage an in-app item before submission and again before delivery.
Your ad must be accurate, lawful and respectful. You must have permission to use every image, video, logo, name and claim in the creative. Do not advertise scams, misleading offers, illegal goods, hateful or harassing material, impersonation, malware, or anything that breaks Xacheus Terms or local law.
Do not put a phone number or email address in ad copy. The destination must match the offer. Xacheus may reject, pause or remove an ad, restrict an advertising account, or ask you to change the material. A reviewer note is sent to your account when a decision is made.
Targeting can use adult age ranges and profile fields that members have chosen to provide. An audience count is calculated from current eligible account data. If Xacheus cannot make an exact count safely, it says so instead of guessing.
Choosing a placement does not guarantee an ad will appear there. Delivery depends on the placement being open, adult eligibility, the audience match, the schedule, available budget, frequency limits and review status. Ads stop when the budget limit is reached or the schedule ends.
The Ads Manager reports server-recorded impressions, clicks and spend. Xacheus does not invent reach, views, followers, messages, sales or conversions. A preview is private and never counts as delivery.
Payment methods and prices are configured by Xacheus and shown in the currency displayed in the Ads Manager. A manual transfer is not an online checkout: Xacheus does not take money automatically. Follow the invoice instructions, make the transfer through your provider, then send the real transfer reference. Never share a PIN, password, card security code or one-time code.
A Xacheus reviewer checks the transfer reference before a paid ad is sent for content review. Submitting a reference is not proof that money arrived. An invoice and, after a confirmed payment, a receipt are available in Documents. A refund is recorded only after Xacheus verifies the refund transfer reference.
Card checkout is unavailable unless Xacheus explicitly enables a real payment provider. Do not send card details to Xacheus support or enter them on an unverified page.
A submitted ad stays out of delivery until its required payment and content checks are complete. You can pause an active ad. Sending a paused ad back to review does not switch it on immediately. You may edit a rejected draft and submit it again.
If you believe an ad decision or account restriction is wrong, contact Xacheus Support from your account and include the campaign reference. Do not create another account to avoid a restriction.
Use the controls on a Sponsored card to hide it from your account or report a concern. Reports go to Xacheus staff. A report does not by itself prove a policy breach, and the ad may remain visible while it is reviewed.
Campaigns, payment references, audience requests, reports and delivery records are kept on Xacheus servers and are not readable or writable directly from the browser database. Campaign targeting is used to decide whether an adult account is eligible. Do not target or infer sensitive traits.
Xacheus may change these terms, prices, available placements or payment methods. The policy version shown when you submit is recorded with the campaign. A change does not turn on a placement or payment method unless an administrator enables it.
