These Terms govern your use of Xacheus, operated by Seedwel Investment Limited (PACRA Reg. No. 120251037894).

You must be at least 16 years old.

You are responsible for account security and activity. Notify us of unauthorised access.

No illegal, hateful, or harassing content; no impersonation; no spam or malware; no bypassing verification; no fraudulent Marketplace or Investment listings; comply with applicable law.

You retain ownership; you grant Xacheus a licence to display, distribute and store it to operate the platform; you are responsible for having the rights to what you post.

Xacheus is not a party to transactions unless stated; we do not guarantee listing quality or legality; users do their own due diligence.

May be required to activate features; false verification information may lead to suspension.

The Xacheus name, logo and design belong to Seedwel Investment Limited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations; you may delete your account at any time.

The platform is provided “as is”; we are not responsible for other users’ conduct or content.

Not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including from Marketplace or Investment Discovery use.

Laws of the Republic of Zambia; disputes subject to Zambian courts.

May be updated; material changes are communicated via the platform or email.
