Please read these Terms carefully. They apply whenever you access or use Xacheus.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Xacheus. Xacheus is operated by Seedwel Investment Limited (PACRA Reg. No. 120251037894), registered in Zambia with offices in Kabwe and Chama District.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Xacheus. We ask for your date of birth once, when you create your account or first sign in, to check this.
If you are 13 to 17 years old, your account starts with private-by-default settings: your profile is private, only your followers can message you, comment on your posts or mention you, and your date of birth is never shown to other members.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through it. Tell us straight away if you notice unauthorised access.
Do not post illegal, hateful or harassing content. Do not impersonate any person or organisation. Do not send spam or distribute malware. Do not try to bypass verification. Do not create fraudulent Marketplace or Investment listings. Follow all applicable laws.
You keep ownership of what you post. You give Xacheus a licence to display, distribute and store your content so that the platform works. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to post it.
Xacheus is not a party to transactions between members unless we state otherwise. We do not guarantee the quality or legality of any listing. You are responsible for your own due diligence before you buy, sell or meet anyone.
Investment discovery exists for responsible introductions only. Xacheus does not provide investment advice, is not a licensed financial services provider, and is not responsible for agreements made between members. Seek independent advice.
We may require verification to activate certain features. False verification information may lead to suspension.
The Xacheus name, logo and design belong to Seedwel Investment Limited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
The platform is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of other users.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including those arising from Marketplace or Investment Discovery use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Disputes are subject to the Zambian courts.
We may update these Terms. When a change is material, we will tell you through the platform or by email.
