Xacheus is a social platform built in Zambia. You can post and share 24-hour stories, message people and groups, join Circles, follow creators and businesses, buy and sell in Marketplace, and find jobs, scholarships, grants and training in one place.

Yes. Joining, posting, messaging, Marketplace and opportunities are free. Some business and creator tools may offer paid services later; anything that costs money will always say so before you pay.

Enter your name, a unique username, your email address, your phone number and a password. We then send a 6-digit code to your email to confirm it. The whole thing takes about a minute.

Yes. Your email address, phone number and username all open the same account. Choose whichever you remember.

13. We ask for your date of birth once, to check this. Members aged 13 to 17 start with a private profile that only their followers can message, comment on or mention, and their date of birth is never shown to other members.

No. Xacheus is built and run in Zambia by Seedwel Investment Limited, and our focus is Zambia and the region. Members anywhere in the world can join, and opportunities cover Zambia, Africa and remote work worldwide.

Only the people you choose. Messages are visible just to their participants, and you set who sees each part of your profile, such as your posts, photos, followers and stories. Private Circles and groups stay private because access is checked for every member.

Circles are communities built around an interest, a business, a place or a cause. Members post, chat and organise events together. Each Circle has admins, house rules and privacy settings, and you can join public Circles directly or request to join private ones.

Organisations and members publish jobs, internships, scholarships, grants, competitions and training. Every listing keeps its original source and publication date, and expired listings are removed automatically. You apply or contact the publisher without leaving the app.

Listings come from named publishers and reviewed sources, and our team reviews reported listings. We cannot check everything, so read the details carefully, never pay to apply, and report anything that looks wrong.

Members list products and services with photos, prices and a location, and buyers message the seller directly from the listing. Xacheus is not the seller and is not a party to the transaction, so check the item, agree a safe way to meet or pay, and use the report tools if something goes wrong.

Verification is reviewed by the Xacheus team. From the verification flow in the app, choose a category, explain why you qualify and add supporting links. We review every request and may ask for more information.

Use the report action on posts, comments, profiles, messages, Circles and listings. Reports are private: the person you report is never told who filed it. Our moderation team reviews reports and can remove content or restrict accounts.

You can delete your account from Settings. Deleting removes your profile and content from the platform; some records we must keep by law are anonymised. You can also ask us to correct or export your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
