How to Log In to Xacheus

One Xacheus account can be opened with your email address, your phone number or your username — all three point at the same account, so use whichever you remember.

Signing in with a password

Local phone numbers work without the country code (for example 0971234567), and full international formats (+260…) work too.

1. Open xacheus.com/login or the Android app.
2. Type your email address, phone number or username.
3. Enter your password.
4. Choose Log in.

Signing in with Google

On the login screen choose Continue with Google and pick the Google account whose email matches your Xacheus account. Google sign-in works in a pop-up in the browser and in the app.

Saved accounts — one tap, no password

When you log out you can save the account on the device. Next time, tap it from the login screen to return without typing the password. Your password is never stored — only the session, which stays on that device and can be removed at any time from Profile → Accounts. See Managing multiple saved accounts.

If you cannot sign in

Security tip — Xacheus can alert you when your account is opened from a new device. Check those alerts: if it was not you, secure your account immediately.
