Understanding the Xacheus Feed
What the Feed shows, in what order, and how to shape what you see.
Last updated 19 October 2026
The Feed is your home screen inside Xacheus: a continuous list of posts chosen to be worth your time.
What appears in your Feed
- Posts from people you follow — their posts, and posts they share.
- Posts from Circles you belong to and content relevant to your interests.
- Sponsored posts — clearly labelled as advertising, from businesses on Xacheus.
The order of posts
The Feed is not a simple reverse-chronological list. Xacheus ranks posts using signals such as how recent they are, what you tend to react to, watch and save, and who you interact with most. Recent posts from people you care about generally come first.
Shaping your Feed
- Follow and unfollow — the clearest lever. See Following and unfollowing users.
- Reactions and saves — reacting and saving tell Xacheus what to show you more of.
- Hide a post — if you do not want to see a particular post, hiding it removes it from your Feed without reporting or blocking anyone.
What the Feed never does
It does not show your private messages, and it does not show you content you have no right to see — posts shared with a limited audience respect their visibility settings.
If the Feed looks wrong
If it will not load, shows old posts, or seems stuck, read Troubleshooting slow loading.
