Creating a Xacheus Account
Step-by-step guide to registering: what you need, the email code, and what to check before you start.
Last updated 19 October 2026
Creating a Xacheus account takes about a minute. You need an email address you can open right away, a phone number, and a password you have not used elsewhere.
Before you begin
- You must be 13 or older — Xacheus asks for your date of birth once to check this.
- Have your email open in another tab: Xacheus sends a 6-digit code to it during registration.
- Choose a username you will be happy with: it is how people find and mention you.
Step 1 — Open the sign-up page
Go to xacheus.com/register in your browser, or open the Android app and choose to create an account.
Step 2 — Fill in your details
Enter your name, a unique username, your email address, your phone number, your date of birth and a password. Xacheus tells you immediately if the username is already taken.
Step 3 — Confirm your email
A 6-digit code arrives at the email address you gave. Enter it in the app to confirm the address is yours. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, see What to do when you do not receive a verification code.
Step 4 — Finish your profile
After verification you are signed in. Add a profile picture, a short biography and a cover photo so people recognise you — see Setting up your profile.
Common problems
"Username already taken" — pick another. Two members cannot share a username. The code never arrives — check spam and promotions folders, confirm you typed the address correctly, and wait a few minutes before requesting it again. Wrong date of birth — the date of birth cannot be changed after registration because it protects the minimum-age rule. Enter it carefully.
What Xacheus does with your details
Your email is the identity of the account and is never shown publicly. Your phone number is used to reach your account and is kept private. Read the Privacy Policy for the full details.
