# Xacheus > Xacheus is a social platform built in Zambia where people create and watch content, message and call each other, join community Circles, follow creators and businesses, buy and sell in a Marketplace, and discover opportunities — jobs, internships, scholarships, grants, competitions and training — in one free app. Xacheus (tagline: "Create. Watch. Connect.") is a social networking and opportunities platform operated by Seedwel Investment Limited from Kabwe, Zambia. Members post photos, videos and 24-hour stories; chat one-to-one and in groups with voice notes, reactions and voice/video calls; build communities called Circles; run public Pages for businesses, brands and creators; trade in a local Marketplace; and apply to jobs, scholarships, grants and other opportunities published by named organisations — without leaving the app. The platform is free to join, works on the web as an installable app (PWA) and as an Android app, and is designed to stay fast on slow connections. Its focus is Zambia and the wider African region, and members anywhere in the world can join. The minimum age is 13, and younger members (13–17) start with extra privacy protections. ## Key facts - Name: Xacheus - Tagline: Create. Watch.
